Master bedroom is furnished with California Split King $6,000 Sleep Number mattress with remote adjustable firmness individually on each side based on the number you set from your phone's Sleep Number app and individual adjustable bases allow you to sit up or recline in bed for comfortable TV viewing or reading.  Remote controlled ceiling fan & light, NEST Smart Thermostat to control house heating and cooling. Private, connected, newly remodeled 3/4 bathroom, dresser, Closet with hangers and Wall Mounted Flat Screen TV with Fubo Internet TV.  2 Windows with disappearing screens can be opened normally or both panels open all the way like french doors to allow lots of fresh air and sunshine in.  

 

2nd furnished bedroom has 2 single beds, black out curtains, closet with mirrored sliding doors, hangers, a chest of drawers and large window with disappearing screen, french door style opening of both window panels, side table with lamp

Full hall bathroom with nice tile floor, jacuzzi jetted soaking tub and shower combo, sink vanity cabinet with granite counter top, and mirrored medicine cabinet.



3rd furnished Bedroom has Queen Bed, side tables with lamp, ceiling fan and light, Closet with mirrored sliding doors, hangers and shelves. 1 large window with retractable screen, both window panels open all the way like french doors to allow lots of fresh air and sunshine in.  Private connected Jack n Jill style half bath: toilet and vanity cabinet sink with wall storage and mirrored medicine cabinet and shared shower (the 4th bedroom shares shower from own private half bath on the other side; hot and cold are opposite the normal sides in this shower) 



4th furnished Bedroom has Queen Bed, side tables with lamp, Floating Desk with small shelves and office chair, Closet with mirrored sliding doors, with hangers.  

Private connected Jack n Jill style half bath: toilet and vanity cabinet sink with wall storage and mirrored medicine cabinet and shared shower (the 3rd bedroom shares the shower from it's own private half bath on the other side connected to that room; hot and cold are opposite the normal sides in this shower :) 



All 4 bedrooms have carpet, family room, hall, kitchen and dining area have travertine floor. Family room has wood colored vinyl floor, new lighting throughout, wood burning fireplace, dining room has nice size wood table with 2 benches and 2 end chairs, island has 6 stools total seating capacity of up to 14 for dining plus 2 at coffee nook.  Living room has L shaped sofa, Large wall mounted flat screen TV, BOSE surround sound, with Fubo Internet TV and DVR, Receiver can be used to play music from your phone via USB or bluetooth on our indoor and outdoor speakers, Wii U video game system which also acts as a DVD player.  Sonos wifi Sound system with built in Speakers are installed to play music throughout the House and Patio.



Kitchen has nice new Stainless Steel deep sink and faucet with spray faucet, filtered drinking water and ice in door of fridge plus auto refilling water pitcher inside door, new windows with retractable privacy shades (when closed, still lets light in, you can see out but outside has limited visibility in) and retractable disappearing screens, these windows also open like french doors.  High end small appliances including Vita Mix Blender, Delonghi Magnifica Automatic Espresso Maker, Professional 6 qu KitchenAid Mixer, Air Fryer, Baking utensils, Rolling Pin, Cutting Boards, dishwasher that actually gets dishes clean! :)   



Clean towels and bedding, back up supplies in linen closet, kitchen sponge, dish soap, paper towels, shampoo conditioner hand soap, and toilet paper are provided new for each guest. 



This House is located in a nice, quiet, centrally located West Clairemont neighborhood less than 4 miles to the beach with easy freeway access.

We have a private studio guesthouse on the property.  Please inquire if you are interested to add this private living space onto your reservation. The studio is located at the far corner of the side yard and has its own private entrance through the gate.  It is a totally separate living quarters, and has no house access.  It is not visible from the main house except from bedroom 3's window.  It has a private fenced off side yard separate from the main yard. 

Studio guests do not use the main house's back yard, they have their own private side yard with little white fence separating it from the main yard.  Studio guests have shared laundry access in the garage storage area, (no parking available in garage).  We rarely ever see our studio guest it is so private!  Please inquire with any questions or to reserve both house and studio.



The home is available for self check in with smart lock 24 hours for you to arrive anytime after your check in time. The main house Includes 3 parking spaces in the driveway, plenty of free street parking, and extra large size laundry machines in the garage.

Other things to note: 



Gardening is done at least once a month, typically once per week, varying on season.

Please use Toilet Paper ONLY in all toilets, nothing else may be placed in toilets, even things that say "flushable"

Please only place liquid or very soft items in garbage disposal, place any solid food or waste in garbage in a trash bag lined trash can.  



Trash goes out on Wednesday morning, please take out your bagged house trash to the main black trash and Blue Recycle cans (in the front yard behind white fence), and roll these cans out to the street to the left of the driveway by Tuesday evening to be ready for early Wednesday morning pick up so that the trash cans are emptied for each new guest. Or feel free to please contact us at our 800 number (provided with your check in instructions) if you prefer us to take the main trash cans out to the street so that we can plan to do that for you by Tuesday evening.
